PAYMENTS
Our customers will be advised of services to be performed by Brown Dog in writing & specific to their yard. We will provide this information on a quote sent to you directly. Signature & approval of services offered will confirm knowledge of Brown Dog Policies and confirm all agreements of services to be rendered. All fees are required to be pre-paid & are due at the time of quote approval. A service invoice will be emailed upon approval. Monthly service will be billed on the 1st of each service month.
Pet waste service prices will range depending on the number of dogs, along with yard size & condition of yard. We will determine to the best of our ability the cost of service based on the information provided by the customer. However, should we determine the job is larger than we anticipated, adjustments in the price can be made. Communication is key & we will always be upfront with any price changes if needed.
WEATHER
Look, we have some great weather here in Las Vegas! We do not anticipate this being a huge issue. However, if for some reason we have a major weather event on your service day, we will first try to reschedule during the same week. If we cannot reschedule for the same week, we will continue service as usual the following week. Refunds will not apply for the missed week due to the fact that the missed weekly waste will still be there to pick up the following week! Missing a week creates more work for us! So we will avoid missing any visits due to weather at all! Also, if we can’t access your yard for any reason, we will return when the schedule permits.
HOLIDAYS
We are closed Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. However, we will always arrange for all pick ups to happen during holiday weeks. Adjustment to day of the week may occur.
ODOR SPRAY & PET ALLERGY
We spray at every visit for odor control, which is included in the price. We will spray in the most used area of the yard only. We use eco-friendly odor spray that will not harm your stone, grass or concrete areas. However, if you do not prefer the odor spray because of allergy, yard concerns or other reasons, please advise our team.
PET ALLERGY? We always bring pet goodies for our furry friends. Please advise our team of ANY ALLERGY your pet may have regarding dog/cat treats
